We Pay Careful Attention to the Truth and Doctrines of Scripture
We maintain that what you believe is as important as the fact that you do believe.
God’s Word teaches particular doctrine and truth, and yet there are, and always have been, groups and individuals who take God’s Word out of context or fail to consider the full council of God.
“For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.” II Timothy 4:3
The reformed doctrine is the doctrine of the early church fathers. It is the doctrine of the reformation of the 1500’s and 1600’s when the church was brought back to Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone); Sola fide (faith alone); Sola gratia (grace alone); Sola Cristo (Christ alone).
“He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that we can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.” Titus 1:9
